MIXING AND DOSING
By introducing low-pressure compressed air through specific injectors, the material is set in motion, enabling its mixing and fluidisation.
A movement of the product from the centre of the silo to its top results in an efficient and effective mixing of materials with varying particle sizes and densities.
The low-pressure pneumatic action does not alter or damage the product being mixed.
An easy-to-use and intuitive electronic management system allows for the execution of specific cycles, tailored each time to different materials.
A dosing system equipped with load cells and proportional opening valves ensures quick and precise weighing for emptying the silo into big bags of varying sizes.
HPGR GRINDING MILL
The operating principle of the HPGRM mill is interparticle grinding within the material being processed.
Proper comminution occurs through the crushing of the material using the material itself as it passes through the pair of rollers.
The specific pressure applied between the rollers is so high that it fractures the material against itself. This is a pressing force of several tonnes per square centimetre, continuous and consistent.
Material passing through the pair of rollers is not only dimensionally reduced but also pre-cracked: this effect significantly lowers the Bond index for any subsequent comminution processes.
A modular system composed of multiple pairs of rollers in cascade allows for a very high comminution index with equally high yields.
